Open Gym
Our Open Gym membership is for people who already have a program, know their way around the gym, and prefer to train independently.
Members have 24/7 access through HybridAF, so you can work out when it fits your schedule without being limited to staffed hours.
The space includes racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio equipment, and specialty equipment including GHDs, Reverse Hypers, and a Rhino Belt Squat.
Open Gym is a good fit for self-directed lifters who want a dedicated strength training space and the freedom to follow their own plan.
